kwansuda แจมบ่อย Joined: Wed Oct 04, 2006 12:47 pm Posts: 227 Location: Maui , Hawaii	Re: Timeline และประสบการณ์ I-751 การขอเปลี่ยนกรีนการ์ดจาก2เป็น10 อันนี้เป็น timeline ของเคสขวัญ นะค่ะ วันที่ 14 มกราคา 2010 ส่งเอกสาร วันที่ 15 มกราคม 2010 uscis ได้รับเอกสาร วันที่ 21 มกราคม 2010 เช็คบัญชีเงินฝากที่จ่ายเช็คไป เช็คถูกขึ้นเงินแล้ว วันที่ 25 มกราคม 2010 ได้รับจดหมายแจ้งว่าได้รับชำระค่าธรรมเนียมแล้ว uscis และเคสกำลังดำเนินการ และได้ต่อกรีนการ์ดชั่วคราวไปอีกหนึ่งปี ระหว่างรอเคสดำเนินการ วันที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์ 2010 พิมพ์ลายนิ้วมือและถ่ายรูป วันที่ 8 มีนาคม 2010 เช็คเคสออนไลน์ ปรากฎว่าเคสผ่านการพิจารณา แล้วกำลังดำเนินการจัดทำกรีนการ์ดส่งมาให้ภายใจ 30 วัน ดีใจมาก ๆ

Nidnoi แจมน้อย Joined: Thu Oct 23, 2008 3:07 am Posts: 59 Location: Atlanta, Georgia	Re: Timeline และประสบการณ์ I-751 การขอเปลี่ยนกรีนการ์ดจาก2เป คุณขวัญได้กรีนการ์ดเร็วมาก ๆ ยินดีด้วยนะคะ นิดหน่อยส่งเอกสารปรับสถานะตั้งแต่เดือนพฤศจิกายนปีที่แล้ว ป่านนี้ยังไม่ได้กรีนการ์ดสิบปีเลยค่ะ 19 พฤศจิกายน 2009 ส่งเอกสารไปที่ศูนย์เวอร์มอนท์ 17 ธันวาคม 2009 ได้รับใบเสร็จและจดหมายต่ออายุ 1 ปี 31 ธันวาคม 2009 ได้รับจดหมายแจ้งกำหนดวันพิมพ์ลายนิ้วมือ 25 มกราคม 2010 พิมพ์ลายนิ้วมือ เช็คสถานะออนไลน์ อัพเดทครั้งสุดท้ายเมื่อวันที่ 26 มกราคม 2510 สถานะยังอยู่ในวงกลมอันที่สอง จนป่านนี้เดือนมีนาคมแล้ว ยังไม่มีอะไรคืบหน้าเลยค่ะ ได้แต่รอ..เฮ้อ
