3/31/09 ได้รับเอกสารแจ้งว่าได้รับเรื่องแล้วและเช็คได้ขึ้นเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว
4/10/09 ได้รับเอกสารนัดพิมล์รายนิ้วมือและถ่ายรูป
4/25/09 ไปพิมพ์ลายนิ้วมือกับถ่ายรูป
6/11/09 ได้รับเอกสารแจ้งว่าเคส approved แล้วรอกรีนการ์ดอีก 60 วัน
7/09/09 ได้รับกรีนการ์ด 10 ปี เย้ๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆ
รวม ๆ แล้วก็ 3 เดือนครึ่ง ได้ เร็วดี ๆ

2. copy ใบเกิดฉบับไทย และฉบับแปล
3. copy บัตรประชาชนฉบับไทย และฉบับแปล (อันนี้แอนส่งไปตอนยื่นขอกรีนการ์ด 2 ปีด้วย)
4. copy สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านฉบับไทย และฉบับแปล (ส่งไปตอนขอกรียการ์ด 2 ปีเหมือนกัน)
5. copy ใบเกิดสามี
6. copy ทะเบียนสมรส
7. copy ใบเกิดลูกสาว
8. copy ประกันสุขภาพที่มือชื่อร่วมกัน
9. tax return 2007, 2008
10. copy check tax refund ที่มีชื่อร่วมกัน
11. จดหมายแสดงความสัมพันธ์จากน้องสาวสามีและพ่อของสามี
12. จดหมายจากที่ทำงาน เผอิญเป็นกิจการครอบครัวสามีก็เลยให้น้องสาวเขียนให้
13. การ์ดต่าง ๆ จากสามี พ่อสามี แม่สามี น้องสาวสามี ที่ส่งมาให้ และการ์ดที่เราส่งไปให้พวกเค้าด้วย อันนี้ส่งไปเท่าที่หาได้
14. เอกสารการเงินของสามี อันนี้ส่งไปเพี้ยบ
15. I- 751 อันนี้ขาดไม่ได้
คิดว่ามีเท่านี้นะคะ ลืมบอกไปว่าไม่ได้ส่งรูปถ่ายอะไรไปเลย แต่เคสก็ approve เร็วมาก
ท้ายนี้แอนขอให้คนกำลังรอกรีนการ์ดอยู่ ได้รับกรีนการ์ดไว้ ๆ นะค่ะ

Dear USCIS Service Center (California);
The enclosed documents are to accompany the I-751 my wife (Jinxxxx. Dxxxx)
and I are filing to extend her 2 year green card (residency permit) to a ten year card.
Please note that the entire time since her entry to the United States we have lived happily as husband and wife,
first in Georgia and for the last 15 Months in Illinois (due to my work). We now live in Carmi, Illinois (45 minutes outside Evansville, Indiana),
so I believe the closest fingerprint service center to this location would be in St. Louis.
Enclosed for your review, accompanying the I-751, are the following documents:
1) Personal check for your fee ($ 545), off our joint bank account at First Bank in Carmi;
2) Copy of her current I-551, front and back;
3) Copy of I797C and I-797D;
4) Her Birthplace certificate from Thailand with Translation;
5) Copies of her Thai household register with translation;
6) Marriage license with translation (from Thailand);
7) Reference letters from a local friend, and from someone from my work (both within a mile of our home);
8) Reference letter from relative;
9) Copy of wedding invitation, with translation;
10) Statement of joint bank account from First Bank (Illinois);
11) Statement of joint bank account from Sun Trust bank (Georgia);
12) Copy of Drivers license learners permit, Jinxxx Dxxxx..;
13) Copy of Drivers license for 'Roxxx Drxxx.. (showing same address);
14) Copy of insurance card (Blue Cross Blue Shield (family plan);
15) Copy of my AARP card;
16) Copy of claim by 'Jinxxxx.. on Roxxx..’s Blue Cross insurance from work;
17) Copy from Prudential listing 'Jinxxx.. as beneficiary of very old insurance policy;
18) Copy of car insurance policy;
19) Copy of Will and durable power of attorney for Roxxx.., listing 'Jinxxx... as sole beneficiary;
20) Copy, joint tax returns for 2007 and 2008
21) Various pictures (labeled).

จะมาได้ก็ตอนกำลังจะกลับไทยพอดี แต่สังสัยอยู่ไม่ทันได้ใบ เดินทางวันที่ 12 แล้ว กัวหายในmailboxจัง เดวหมาข้างบ้านคาบไปเล่นก้อแย่เลย
ว่าแต่มีใครเคยใช้ ใบ extension เดินทางม้้ยเอ่ย

- 3 กุมภาพันธ์ 2010 ได้รับใบเสร็จ และใบเขียวชั่วคราว ค่ะ
- 9 กุมภาพันธ์ 2010 รับจดหมายนัดพิมพ์ลายนิ้วมือค่ะ
- 26 กุมภาพัน์ 2010 ไปพิมพ์ลายนิ้วมือ

ได้รับกรีนการ์ด 10 ปี แล้วเหมือนกันค่ะ วันนี้เอง ทั้งจดหมาย case approved แล้วก็การ์ดใบใหม่ ส่งเรื่อง 10/10/2009 ได้รับการ์ด 2/2/2010 รวมเวลา 3 เดือน 22 วัน ส่งเรื่องศูนย์เวอมอนท์ค่ะ ขอให้เพื่อนๆที่รอกรีนการ์ดอยู่ ได้รับข่าวดีไวๆเช่นกันนะคะ โชคดีค่ะ

ไปสัมภาษณ์มาแล้วค่ะเมื่อวันที่ 11 กุมภา ตอนนี้ก็รอแต่การ์ด ไม่รู้ว่าอีกนานแค่ไหน
จากวันที่ส่งเอกสารถึงวันสัมภาษณ์ก็ 1 เดือนกับอีก 29 วัน ค่ะ
